The responsibilities include digital marketing, vendor registration and product approval, exhibition organization, conducting monthly marketing meetings with presentations, coordinating with customers and third-party providers, creating content such as catalogs and e-flyers, researching industrial projects and companies for lead generation, supporting the sales team, and preparing marketing and sales reports.
The responsibilities entail sorting suitable tenders, pre-bid and post-bid inquiries with clients, assisting in Bill of Quantity (BOQ) preparation, technical and financial bid preparation, bid submission (online and offline), tender result follow-up, empanelment EMD application and retention register maintenance, and managing project startup formalities such as agreements, insurance, security policy, and labor licenses.
